Easily close all your cardboard packaging with this high-quality transparent PP hot-melt tape from the renowned brand NAR, of which VIV is the exclusive distributor in the Netherlands. The packaging tape has a roll width of 50 millimeters and a total roll length of 66 meters. It is made of biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) foil with a hot melt adhesive. The BOPP film carrier has a thickness of 28 microns. The adhesive layer, consisting of components of synthetic rubber and hydrocarbon resins, has a thickness of 17 grams/m2. This tape unwinds easily and adheres very quickly to all types of cardboard at both high and low ambient temperatures and is particularly suitable for light to medium-heavy packaging. Of the available tapes, this type has the best 'tack' (initial adhesion). Rub the applied tape for extra good adhesion. Until use, store the tape in its original packaging and protect it from exposure to direct light and heat sources. Store it dry, preferably between temperatures of 15°C and 25°C with a maximum humidity of 65%. If the storage temperature is different, condition the tape to this room temperature range before use. PP hot melt tape does make some noise while unrolling, this is normal. There are 36 rolls in a full box. There are 2376 rolls (66 boxes) on a full pallet. PP hot melt tape: Adheres very quickly to all types of cardboard at both high and low temperatures. Is very suitable for use on automatic packaging machines (excellent initial adhesion).
