How can I return an order?
You can return your shipment to us or return it by post. The goods must be in unused condition for this purpose.

Returns in store
You can return your orders at our branch in Noordwijkerhout.

When can I return purchased items?
You have 14 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of receipt of the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in the original packaging. The return costs for returning the order are at your own expense.

What are the conditions for returning my item?
The following conditions apply to exchanging or returning products:

- Sale items may not be exchanged.
- The clothing has not been worn and/or washed.
- There are no food stains, make-up stains, body odors or cigarette odors on the items.
- No attempt has been made to repair a defect.
- The original cards and labels are still attached to the item.
- If reasonably possible, return the item in the original packaging.
- The shipping risk and return costs are for the buyer. Kleinkantoor.nl advises the customer to return an item via registered mail, if necessary.
- We will not accept insufficient or unstamped returns.
- In the event of product and/or delivery errors, the costs of return shipping will be borne by Kleinkantoor.nl. We will send a return label by e-mail or will reimburse the return costs afterwards.
- Product and/or delivery errors must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery with a description.

If our exchange and return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return shipments and charge you for shipping costs.

When will the purchase amount be refunded?
After the returned package has been received, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 10 days.

I want to return items, do I have to pay the shipping costs myself?
Yes, the return costs are for your own account. Both the costs and the risk of shipping are for your own account in the event of a return.
