After your order: how delivery works
Step 1: Order Confirmation
Immediately after your order, you receive a clear confirmation by email.
Step 2: Track & Trace
As soon as your order is processed, we send you an email with tracking information.
Step 3: Delivery
The courier delivers the package. For some orders, a signature may be required.
Not at home?
The courier leaves a message or tries the neighbors. Via the PostNL/DPD app, you can often change the delivery time.

Yes, for business customers we offer 'Pay on invoice'. You need to register first via our B2B page. After approval, this payment option is activated in your account.
To deliver as fast as possible, we sometimes ship from multiple warehouses. Your order may therefore be delivered in partial shipments (multiple packages).
