What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are 6.95, we ship free from 100 euros. 

What are the delivery times for my order?
Orders placed before 12 noon today are usually delivered the next working day. Ordered after 12:00? Please call for the possibilities. Orders placed during the weekend will be delivered the following Tuesday.

What should I do if my package does not arrive?
You will receive a track and trace code by email with your order with which you can track your package.

What should I do if I am unexpectedly not at home when my order is delivered?

If you are not at home when your order is delivered, you will receive a card in your letterbox from the delivery person. This allows you to indicate via the internet (before 10 p.m.) that you want the package delivered to a different address. If you do not enter anything, the delivery person will come again the next working day. If you have missed the delivery person again, you can pick up your order at the nearest post office after 1 p.m. on the next working day.

Can I also pick up my order myself?
Yes, you can always pick up your order at our branch in Noordwijkerhout. You can indicate this when ordering, in which case you will not pay any shipping costs. Always take your order confirmation with you when picking up your order.

Can I have it delivered to a different delivery address than my account?
Yes, it is possible to change your delivery address.

Do you also deliver abroad?
We can deliver to a limited extent abroad. Please inform us in advance about the shipping costs.

My order is not complete, what now?
OrdItems are shipped from multiple warehouses, we always try to ship the items together, but this may not be possible for logistical reasons. You will then receive two track codes from us.
