It is made of polypropylene (PP) foil with a solvent adhesive. This means it adheres immediately (at both high and low temperatures) to any paper quality. This tape is also well suited for storage in a freezer or other cold environments, provided it is applied above approximately 5°C. This tape does make some noise when unrolling.
