Easily close all your packaging with this yellow colored PP acrylic tape! The packaging tape has a roll width of 50 millimeters and a total roll length of 66 meters. It is made of biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) foil with an acrylic adhesive. The BOPP film carrier has a thickness of 28 microns. The acrylic adhesive layer, consisting of a water-based dispersion of acrylic polymers, has a thickness of 21 grams/m2. This tape rolls off fairly easily and is virtually silent (Low Noise). It has an average initial adhesive strength, but this adhesive strength increases as the tape is applied. It therefore becomes increasingly sticky and reaches its optimal adhesive strength after approximately 24 hours. This is due to the characteristics of the adhesive layer, which also makes the tape resistant to aging by UV light and therefore suitable for long-term storage. The tape is suitable for closing the most common types of cardboard (testliner cardboard can be a bit more difficult). It is applicable for closing light to medium-heavy packages. In addition, it also adheres well to other materials such as plastics and stretch film. Rub the applied tape for extra good adhesion. A water-based adhesive layer means an environmentally friendly tape, which can also withstand temperature fluctuations. It is also suitable for storage in cold environments and freezing conditions, provided it is applied in an ambient temperature (well) above freezing! Until use, store the tape in its original packaging and protect it from exposure to direct light and heat sources. Store it dry, preferably between temperatures of 15°C and 25°C with a maximum humidity of 65%. If the storage temperature is different, condition the tape to this room temperature range before use. There are 6 rolls in a blister pack and 36 rolls in a full box. There are 2376 rolls (66 boxes) on a full pallet. PP acrylic tape: Has an average initial adhesion, but then becomes increasingly tight. This makes it suitable for long-term storage. Thanks to the water-based adhesive, it is an environmentally friendly tape. Use for sealing light to medium-heavy packaging. Makes little or no noise while rolling (Low Noise).
