These are two different waste streams from which plastic is extracted for recycling. This way it gets a second life. The granules used for the production of this hand wrapping film are 80% recycled plastic. The stretch film manufacturer purchases PCR / PIR granules and mixes this with normal virgin granules in an 80% / 20% ratio. This hand-wrap film therefore ensures less use of fossil fuels and lower CO2 emissions. It also contributes to a circular economy. This transparent stretch film has a roll width of 50 centimeters, a guaranteed roll length of 300 meters and a film thickness of 17 microns. One micron is one thousandth of a millimeter. The higher the number of microns, the thicker and stronger the foil is. The wrapping film is made of 80% recycled plastic, and the film itself is also 100% recyclable.
