This ActivaAir Basic 7 foil can be used perfectly - and exclusively - in combination with the ActivaAir BP4000. The inflatable air cushion mats have a size of 400 x 330 millimeters and each mat consists of alternating seven and eight connected round chambers ('tubes') with a diameter of approximately 4 centimeters next to each other in the width direction, and eight separate chambers ('tubes') of approximately 4 centimeters in diameter underneath each other in the longitudinal direction. There is 450 meters of film on a total roll. This amounts to a total of 1363 air cushion mats, which can easily be torn off thanks to pre-made perforations! This way you can tear off mats of at least 400 x 330 millimeters with 60 round air chambers. The use of these inflatable air cushion mats saves enormous space compared to (purchasing) pre-inflated air cushion mats. With the ActivaAir BP4000 machine you produce them exactly when you need them and in the quantity you need. The air cushion mats are used as protection material. Wrap your products to protect them from drops, bumps and shocks. These mats are also ideally suited for protecting cylindrical products: You can easily wrap the mats around them. You can also use the mats as a buffer layer between different layers of products in a box. The foil is fully recyclable after use. You can purchase the foil per single roll. There is one roll in a full box. There are 96 rolls (96 boxes) on a full pallet.
