Ecoline Duotip pens contain concentrated transparent watercolor and have two different nibs, a narrow ball-shaped and a broader chisel-shaped nib. They are suitable for fine or broad lines and coloring. The Duotips work well with Ecoline Brush Pens and Ecoline bottles and offer many options in line widths, styles and color variations. They are ideal for drawings and illustrations with large blocks of color, as well as for line work and small details. The pens have brilliant colors based on dye and gum arabic. They can be mixed with water and a brush for watercolor effects and color transitions. The pens adhere well to a variety of paper and should be stored horizontally to keep the dye evenly distributed.
