These black plastic corner protectors are made from recycled LDPE. Among the corner protectors, these are the real powerhouses that are ideally suited for use on hard surfaces such as wood or steel. The corner protectors prevent the strapping band from damaging the material and of course the other way around, preventing the material from damaging the strapping band, causing the load to come loose. There is also a strong hard raised edge on the sides, which prevents the strapping band from sliding away from the corner protector. These corner protectors are suitable for a bandwidth of up to 40 millimeters. The wing widths are 35 millimeters. A = 40 millimeters (maximum bandwidth), B = 48 millimeters (total width of corner protector), C = 53 millimeters (distance between wing tips) and D = 35 millimeters (wing widths). The corner protectors are packed in boxes of 1000 pieces. There are 36,000 pieces (36 boxes) on a full pallet.
